Q: Do you Ship Nationwide?
A: Yes! We deliver all across South Africa.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: 3-7 working days for major cities and up to 6–9 working days for outlying areas.
Q: How much is delivery?
A: We charge a flat rate of R110 anywhere in SA. Orders over R2500 qualify for FREE delivery 🚚.
Q: How do I know my size?
A: Check out our Size Guide page for UK/SA conversions. If you’re between sizes, we recommend going one size up for comfort.
Q: What if the sneakers don’t fit?
A: No stress — you can exchange them (see our Returns & Exchanges policy below).
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Yes, you can exchange unworn sneakers within 7 days of receiving them. Sneakers must be in original condition with tags and box.
Q: Do I pay for return shipping?
A: Return courier costs are on the customer, unless the item was defective or the wrong size was sent.
