  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition (with box & tags).
  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Sale/clearance items are non-refundable (exchange only, if stock is available).

  • Please note that we DO NOT offer refunds. However, we’re happy to assist with an exchange or store credit if your item is unused and in its original packaging. This ensures we maintain the quality and hygiene standards of all our products while still giving you flexibility with your purchase.

  • Return courier costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong size/style).
